Stix + Stones SIGNATURE SERIES
Each piece in the Perhacs Signature Series has been hand-made by the designer, and is personally signed and dated.
Stix+Stones is a line of jewelry that enables the wearer to create a wide variety of unique sculptural looks, using two fundamental elements. The innovative design potential of Stix+Stones is hidden inside the hand-brushed stainless steel stix, with invisible magnetic stops positioned precisely at 8" intervals. This allows the user to play freely with the elements, while ensuring that the parts line up in a symmetrical manner, making possible a vast array of striking and elegant designs.
The high level of engineering and complexity in this necklace is unseen to the naked eye. In total there are 25 individual components that make up the this fine piece of jewelry.
In each basic set there are 2 custom, machined and hand brushed stainless steel parts. Hidden in the stainless steel "stix" are 14 individual magnets placed at precise intervals which enables the intricate and elegant designs. The 4 brushed sphere magnets add a totally new dimension to the endless number of possible designs. The black cord is made of the highest quality silicone rubber.
The Basic Necklace includes four magnetic spheres of silver and black nickel. A "Full" version for $225.00 is also available in the "Jewelry" section.
The length of the cord is 16" long. Custom lengths are available upon request for $20 USD extra.
